    What is ESG?

    ESG 경영의 중요성

    • ESG means the environment, society, and governance structure, which are non-financial elements of a company, and is a core value that is directly connected to continuous growth and survival. ESG management refers to management activities that strictly comply with laws and ethics.
    • "Waste management" is one of the important factors in ESG environmental area evaluation, and the environmental area within the K-ESG guidelines issued by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy includes diagnostic items related to waste recycling rates.

    Waste Recycling Rate

    Descriptions of items

    - We ensure that the organization is increasing the recycling use of waste beyond reducing waste from the production stage.
    - We check whether waste generated by an organization in the processing- production-storage-distribution process is being re-introduced into the production process or recycled as a secondary resource inside and outside the organization.

Inspection of performance - We measure whether an organization's waste recycling (including re-use) rate for the previous year exceeds the industrial average and whether the waste recycling rate has been on the rise over the past five months.
